**** wimpy service

Walked in at 10am with my wife and 4yr old daughter at 10.50am still never receive our order. The store was not that busy in order for them to take that long.

I asked to speak to the manager and she told her colleague in zulu that she is busy and refused to attend to me.

I then decided to leave the store and she decided to attend to us. I asked for the store owners number and she refused to give it to me, I asked her to contact the owner from the store and she refused.

This is by far the worst service ever received from a wimpy store and would never advise anyone to order from there.

The food that was ordered was not for free, it was going to be paid for but the managerial skills is very pathetic and well as very unprofessional.
