Wimpy ripoff

I went to Wimpy Parys today just to be disappointed I was offered a free waffle for my birthday month and I went to have burger and receive my free waffle. The service was very basic and I got the impression that the waitress did not want this task. My burger was placed on the far end of my table with the cutlery just dropped next to it. The condiments were placed on the table partly on top of my cutlery. No care whatsoever. I felt like leaving and maybe that was a good idea. I reached over and placed my food in front of me myself. I followed the Wimpy instructions and ordered the free waffle. I paid the bill on the Wimpy app like I was instructed but the waffle was charged for. NO free waffle so no birthday gift. I do not want to support Wimpy due to feeling I was lured to the shop under false pretence.
