Wimpy raw chicken meal

I had the most disgusting experience and worst service and meal at Wimpy Middelburg! Returned my chicken twice, first time it was raw, when it came back from the manager it was deep fried and ****** (same piece of chicken). First manager (Ouma) didn’t apologize, she just took the meal and left, second manager Ella apologized and said she would remove the meal, when the bill came, she had removed one piece of chicken and charged me for the chips and the other chicken (Twice as nice was my meal) mind you the chips were not even finished or half eaten on my plate.
