Wimpy Queenswood very poor service

I was excited to redeem NY free breakfast voucher with 2 friendsat Wimpy Queenswood. Very slow service. They brought the wrong bread then wanted to take it back..... Seemed like they wanted to use it for other customers even tho we said we touched the bread. They could not redeem my voucher. Then delayed me for so long that I had to raise my voice to pay for my tea do I could leave for my next appointment. Nice idea with the free breakfast but....... Never again!
