Wimpy Poor Service - Malibongwe Drive

Consistently receiving poor service from Wimpy Malibongwe Drive. We come to this branch specifically the Drive Thru and complain continuously to no success. From extensive wait times in the Drive Thru every week, to poor customer service and professionalism and then finally poor quality of chips very badly fried and often missing items in handover. Can Wimpy pls reshape this restaurant regarding service delivery and professionalism.
