Wimpy Parow Center - I had the unfortunate displeasure of experiencing the unprofessionalism and utter rudeness of the Restaurant Managers toward their staff. After speaking to some of the staff I discovered that working conditions are terrible still in this day and age. Monies are deducted without the consent of staff members and conditions of service change without proper consultation. The employment laws attempting to protect especially these vunerable employees but is being ignored and undermined by Wimpy as a company. These human rights violations need to be exposed.
