Wimpy OR Tambo, Landside

Shame on you Wimpy OR Tambo Landside! We arrived to settle down and enjoy my favorite burger since childhood… oh yes… also you are the only Wimpy we ever go to at least twice a month… that would make us regulars.

But tonight (11/05/22 @ 19H41), we sat down and for the first time EVER, we were not greeted or even acknowledged. The store was wide open with patrons inside and out. We continued sitting for over 5 minutes waiting for any kind of service while all the staff stood around the front chatting. It was only when another table arrived and they were turned away that we realized the store was actually closed.

The least you could have done is come to us and just tell us you were closed instead of ignoring us!

I must say the Mugg and Bean next to the Wimpy has a burger which is very scrumptious!

Well thanks for letting us know where you stand on service… we will just make sure to always avoid you when we fly!
