WIMPY OPERATIONS MANAGER BEHAVIOR - disgusting

The issue that I have experienced was: I was at the traffic circle , I was about to turn right into the circle (outer lane ), when a wimpy van, whom I believe is the Operations Manager ! Hooted at me for so reason (he was in the inner lane), when I was well in my rights. This really upset me . When I hooted at him, he purposefully braked in this rainy weather. I'm appauled at this , quite ****ed if I might add for someone representing a company, whilst in a company vehicle.

How this has affected me ? A scene was made by his hooting when I wasn't at fault and him breaking , to prove what point exactly? Cause an accident ?
