Wimpy Northgate horrible service

I am utterly disgusted with the service at wimpy Northgate.

Upon arrival there was nobody to assist from the door someone waved from afar and guided us to our seat which was fine , she did not introduce herself so I don’t even know her name we were handed a menu and told she would be with us In a few, after approximately 15 minutes of waiting another patron asks me to leave as I am in her seat , I then say I was placed here so I am confused .

Another employee asks if I would mind leaving my seat and going to another seat and I can can remain there whilist waiting for another booth to be available , I then say no thanks and walk out as I was leaving I ask if I can speak to the manager as I am not happy about the service while I was speaking the manager says wait and walks away .

I have no ever had a bad experience at any wimpy and it was my first experience at the wimpy at Northgate , I will never go back there and will not encourage anyone else too.
