Wimpy Montecasino - full of roaches

I visited Wimpy at Montecasino on the 19th October 2024 at 8:30 AM. I order myself a breakfast and a milkshake. The breakfast was good as usual, I completed eating my meal and had some milkshake left. I paid for my breakfast and thereafter decided to finish my milkshake. While finishing my milkshake I felt something weird in my mouth, I spat it out onto my hand only to discover a cocroach was in my milkshake. I was really angry at this and immediately requested that I be refunded as well as I took the area managers number by the who goes by the name of Karmen. I gave her a call and she was shocked at this. I explained how can a prestige place like Montecasino have roaches in it and this is a hazard to all customer at Wimpy. I was then referred to her Senior Thabo who was very understanding and was able to assist me to an extent. What I now have an issue with is that I got sick and started throwing up. Wimpy as a brand is doing nothing to make this fair or easy as well as no interest shown when I requested for pest control certificate they still have not sent it up to date. This is a life threatening matter but not being dealt with accordingly. As a brand I say Wimpy is pathetic and I definitely will not be going back since all their stores all full of roaches or rather seems to be. I know this is not the first time and most definitely not that last time this happens at a Wimpy. All I request is to be reimbursed for the trauma and experience due to Wimpy franchise not being up to stand and clean like one will expect.
