Wimpy Maponya Mall Unsatisfactory service

I'm a not really happy about Wimpy Maponya Mall and how my order was dealt with . I made an order via Mr D and specified my substitutions because I have red meat allergy and am lactose intolerance. Wimpy Maponya never took any of my instructions to use ,and when I called the store their main line never get answered at Mr D they even gave me a cell number of which was also not answered until I got a text 2 hours later asking what I wanted . I responded that my order was sent wrong the person just ignored me. The service is really bad and the store management does not care about it. So I literally paid for food that i do not even eat . Just so disappointing
