Wimpy Lanseria Airport

Went to Wimpy at Lanseria Airport yesterday. Store was not busy. Seated and handed Menus. Waitress asked if we want something to drink. My wife ordered a Coffee and I ordered a Coke. After a few minutes after looking at the menu I called another waitress standing close by to Cancel the Coke as I was going to order the Burger which includes the Coke. She goes back to rectify the order. Five minutes later a male waiter comes with a tin of Coke and coffee. I explained my change on the order. What happened to the waitress that was going to sort this out? The waiter said no problem but it will be a tap Coke.. fine I said. After about 20 minutes the food arrives. My chips were totally cold (2021 and serve cold chips?) My Burger Patti was also cold (2021?) The Roll was not fresh either.(I owned a bakery for 35yrs and know the quality of bread and rolls) Patti was a little tough, cold and tasteless. This complaint is for the company to catch a wake up for your own good. I will not do Wimpy again. After half an hour I had a rather terrible stomach rumble and cramps, don’t know if it was the food or not. I did not return the food as I was worried they might do something to it if I complain. In these difficult times I would think that a simple Burger and chips would be outstanding. Forgot to tell you...although it was a tap Coke, surely it must have some gas, was as flat as tap water.
