Wimpy Lakefield Roadhouse late delivery and poor service

On the 27/10/2023 i contacted Wimpy Lakefield Roadhouse directly to place an order for delivery. I specifically asked the lady who took my order as i stay in a complex to please ask the driver to phone me as soon as he arrives so that i can collect at the gate and wont have to hassle with security to come inside. She informed me she would do so. 1hour went passed i phone the lady again, only to be told the drovers phone is flat i need to go outside, went outside no driver at all, called again to say sorry the driver doesnt have a phone, so i asked what about my request about calling when he reaches and why would they send a driver with no phone/flat battery how would they call me. She couldnt answer me, then i spoke to manager and he said they would try to contact driver, but if the phone is flat how do you contact the driver, no he said he will get another driver to call him and fetch the delivery from him to deliver, just to realise they were all making excuses that makes no sense to what either order lady said or manager, keeping in mind the driver phone is flat. I called MR D which delivered within 20 mins and after i had eaten they food 2 hours and 10 mins later the driver arrived and called me to collect. A Wimpy which is 5km away from me takes 2 hours whole MR D 20 mins? What absolute poor service and just bunch of excuses for the lack of service. I never got a call back from manager and i WILL NOT order from them again!!!
