wimpy jabulani mall

Iam today at wimpy jabulani mAll...and there toilets are not working which I was notified only after half.an hour since I've been there...i spoke to the supervisor to.ask her why wasnt i notified about this when i came in she than told me she doesn't know she'll ask her manager that's when another customer also commented and we asked to see the manager.his name is James..we explained to him what was our frustration and we suggested that atleast alert customers of the situation,after a long descussion James ended the conversation by telling me that his services are not rendered to customers who need the toilets his here to offer us food and he walked out..this is absolutely unacceptable seriously...thanks
