WIMPY IN MARGATE SUCKS

I have the most terrible experience from Wimpy in Margate just now. We went to Wimpy in Margate for only a soft serve after spending the whole morning at different restaurants in Margate and Ramsgate. i have a fully trained pug doggy which is a registered Service Dog and registered at TopDogs SA, she accompanied my husband the past 9 years and also accompanied me now as I broke my ankle and is in a moonboot now. at the Wimpy, which was totally empty with no guests, I was handled very rude through the manager, Ivan, without any compassion or any kindness he showed us the door and handle me if i am **** because I have my dog with me on her leash. i explained to him that we only want to have some desserts at his place and we will seat outside, but he said straight to my face that he don't need my money or my dog in his restaurant,, not even outside. and he can do without my money and my dog and he don't give a **** whether she is trained or not. he is a terrible person with no people skills and very rude. Wimpy will never see me or my family and friends ever in the future. all other restaurants in Margate and Ramsgate accommodate me without any problem. well done guys and thank you. So bad for Wimpy with a manager as the one they have in margate. it is sad to think that people can be so rude. maybe KZN can learn from Gauteng, Eastern Cape and Western Cape where everyone is bending backwards to get more clients into their businesses and try to accommodate everyone even if it must be outside seating. WIMPY can definitely do with more skilled people and train them to work with clients. terrible, terrible, experience from WIMPY
