Wimpy Herm**** Unprofessional

On Satursday the 23rd of November my fiance had to do some work in herm****,so me an kids toke a drive with.

When he was done working we decided to have a breakfast at wimpy in herm****. I ordered the streaky meal x2 for my fiance an myself..he had cappuccino an i order me a hot chocolate,I said to the waiter that my hot chocolate should be with cream and not froth.... My fiance requested that his cappuccino should be weak...meaning one shot instead of two,she said thats fine.

His cappuccino came an it was so strong even thou he requested for it to be weak.

The main issue that I have is that when our bill came it stated that i order Extra cream for my hot chocolate..

I asked the cashier when I went to pay why am I now being charged extra,she said that hot chocolate does not come with cream, I said but in all my life i was never chargered extra at any Wimy ,they will ask you if you want cream or froth, they basically just shut me down,an ignored what i was say.

An what makes me more upset is that, the waiter never said when taking my order ,that It will be a extra Charge for cream. An it was no Extra cream it was normal amount ,which I would recieve at any Wimpy.

At end of day ,I just feel like you paying for you meal but when you giving instruction ,the staff just do as they please.
