WIMPY HEAD OFFICE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Had terrible food while traveling out of OR Tambo Airport . Complained on the terrible food to the head office. ***. They called me a month later from.complaint to say that they are sorry and closed the case. What pathetic service that is not how you recover from service that is below standard
