Wimpy Glengarry complaint

Wimpy Glengarry rendered poor service and then the manager sent an apology with an incorrect link to make contact. And on the Wimpy online communication site my message was rejected. I took my mother, 89yrs old, for a treat. Her cup had old coffee marks on. My cup had old lipstick marks on. My sandwich was burnt. In the outside area there was no waiters to attend to us, so I had to walk in to ask service. Poor service, They can go for lessons at the very competent Tygervalley Wimpy branch. Kind regards. Lettie
