Wimpy George Airport very bad service and waitresses laughed when we complaints ned

We are regulars at George Airport. Previously we waited 20 minutes for 2 beers and I had to go to the kitchen to ask. Today 4 October we entered the smoking are and the first vacant table was spilled drink. Second table had empty beer bottles and third best was used coffee cup. We ordered 1 Black label and 1 hunters gold on entering. We waited about 15 minutes and I went to the front I met with Ernita (the manageress) and she was friendly and polite and agreed that it is unacceptable but as she spoke I saw two of the waitresses who found my complaint very amusing and laughed. The manageress came to give service
