Wimpy Fourways crossing missing the mark

The last 6 times we have gone to wimpy at Fourways crossing they have had no book or toy for my child with the kids meal. They don't say anything until I ask and then tell me they don't have. I left it the first few times but it's actually unacceptable as small children expect these things and it's why they chose to eat here. 6 x now not a single thing for the kids which is what I am paying for... As part of the meal. When I asked to speak to the manager they just said sorry and called no one to help or explain. I am very annoyed and won't go back here again.
