WIMPY FLORA CENTRE - NEVER AGAIN

I visited the Wimpy Flora Centre for the first time Sunday 28th February. We normally go to another Wimpy but decided for convenience we'd try it. Well what a disappointing experience! The Tables where other people sat were dirty! We had to wait while they wiped the table; the tables are wobbly; moved to another table. We waited ages just for our coffee (this should arrive quickly); We waited ages for our food and in the interim were patient. When it arrived it was cold; you had about 10 chips on your plate. The bacon was not cooked properly. The plate really did not look normal standard! We were not asked what bread we wanted but just got what we were given! People were putting up their hands to get served; but being ignored! They eventually walked out! Where was the manager/Owner? when we asked for his number I was given the wrong number! he was no-where to be found. You need to sort out 1) your number of waiters; 2) focus on Service! 3) attitude of your waiters! they need training (there was not even anyone at the till to pay! we had to wait for her and she had Peters name on her badge!); to top it all we got someone else's bill !!!!!
