Wimpy Fish not fit for consumption

Please if fish is frozen do not thaw and refreeze as was the case with the fish I was served at Whimpy Marble Hall. When you realize your mistake send a senior member of staff to apologize. Don't give me a 25% discount because the tail end was eaten. I refuse to pay the discounted amount. It's not like I don't have money to pay. The fish should not have been cooked. You can see a fresh fish even before you cook it. You can't struggle to get a knife through fish like I did. The manager only coming out now because I refuse to pay the discounted amount? But thank you for giving me the right amount to pay invoice to pay.
