Wimpy Engen Tugela South

We stopped off at the Engen Tugela South restaurant for a "quick" meal. The waitress was unpleasant from the moment we walked in. We waited almost an hour for our food. When the food arrived it was ice cold. We sent it back to the kitchen to be warmed only to have it returned just as cold as before (not to mention the piece of paper attached to the one burger patty) . We called the manager only be asked "what would we like him to do about it" as he is only just finding out about the problem. All round shocking service, disgusting food and an embarrassment to the Wimpy brand.
