Wimpy Emmarentia Terrible Service

I went to Wimpy Emmarentia on Sunday 1st June 2018, waited 30 mins to get a table for 3, sat down, my order was taken, drinks brought to my table, We waited 1 hour for food order that was taken with with drinks order, I looked for the waiter who was nowhere to be found, when i asked the manager he said the food is coming, We waited another 20 mins, I got up from my table and went to the kitchen where the manager was standing, again i asked where is my food, he could give me a clear answer, he was being very vague, We had to wait another 15 mins before the food came, when the food eventually arrived we had already lost our appetite, They even forgot to put the mushroom sauce on the chicken schnitzel. I must say this was on of the worst experiences of customer service i have ever experienced
