Wimpy Emerald: hygiene issue from nesting birds

Wimpy Emerald Casino: We were seated outside and had birds nesting above us. We were showered with grass, twigs and feathers, certainly unhealthy from a health and hygiene viewpoint as the debris ended up in our meals. I emailed Wimpy head office and received the standard “we will look into this” email (6th Nov). I’ve heard nothing further. Standard ploy to make the customer happy??? Maybe I should complain to the Gauteng Dept. of Health, let their inspectors take a look!
