Wimpy Doringkloof mall, hold the line…

I called Wimpy Doringkloof Mall today to place a take-away order, the staff answered the call and told me to please hold the line. I continued to hold for over 6 minute with no response, all I could hear was the staff talking in the background, I eventually hung up the phone and had to take my business elsewhere. Embarrassing service for a big brand like Wimpy. Needless to say I won’t be visiting them any time soon.
