Wimpy does not care about service

I have posted twice in the last two weeks about the rude manager and terrible service at Wimpy Boulders. To date I received one call from a worker at Boulders who called to apologize. I asked her to get the manager to call me as he was the problem. However no calls, no messages... I this is how Wimpy treats their customers.
