Wimpy Customer care is unacceptable

We had a bad experience at a Wimpy in Pretoria. Lodged a complaint 3 times before receiving a generic email that asked me to explain the issue again. We rep**** and never got a response. Received an SMS that says the issue was resolved. Still confused. And still overpaid for food we didn't receive.
