Wimpy bad service

Good day I would like to express my at most disguse in service at wimpy first incedent the 16/12/2021 I logged an compliant about the manager attitude and food orders that is given incorrectly at wimpy, today 23/01/2022 going to wimpy Laguna mall Langebaan I had again the worse client service waited 10 to 20 mins for a waiter to come to our table eventually leaving and my partner asking were's the manager and why we waited long and an excuse was given we were given time to decide,I would never ever go to any wimpy ever again, and we went to spur in Laguna mall Langebaan what awesome service maybe wimpy should go train at spur. Really disappointed client.
