Wimpy bad service

Manager called Tawanda at wimpy Sunnyside lack customer service skills. He refused to assist me. According to his actions I was just another customer to him who is wasting his time. He refused to check my voucher by saying it won't work because he once tried it with someone else but not on the same day. I asked him to check it for me but he refused. Clearly he didn't want to assist me. If a manager can behave like that it means the other staff member below him might be worse.
