Wimpy - Bad Service
I just want to say how dissatisfied I was to take my family to Wimpy in the Brackenfell Hypermarket branch. Firstly the mens toilets were disgustingly dirty. And then the service was terrible. We waited long before we got seated, then to even get our drinks order placed, they took about 30mins before asking if we were ready to order and when the food eventually came, and we had finished the food they took about 20mins before they removed our plates. When asked for the bill they didn't even know who was serving us, so we waited again for the bill. When we went to pay we stood there +- 5mins before someone helped us at the counter. And to top it all the resaurant wasn't even busy. Extremely poor serve. I will never go there again.
