Wimpy@De ville Centre in Durbaville is disgusting

So today on 1 February 2020 Myself and my family went to have a brunch at wimpy @ De Ville Centre and I had the worse experience ever . I thought the manager will be reasonable but she was just as useless as the food they gave me

I ordered the hash brekkie with a cheese griller Keep in mind it’s loadshedding , so everything was slow but we didn’t complain about because we knew it’s probably the loadshedding that’s the cause of slow service , I mean they even took long to bring 4 glasses of water.

Anyway eventually the food came and we waited long for the food but as soon I saw my food enter the table it looked very *****

So I started feeling my food and boy was it ice cold The bacon looked like it was dipped in the oil, the bread which suppose to be toasted was pap and was elastic , the cheese griller was also ice cold and didn’t even have cheese in it and hash brown was fried burnt and left a burnt taste in my mouth The only thing cooked on my plate was the eggs

I informed the waitress and I asked her if the kitchen could please just remake my food (keep in mind the loadshedding was finish ) She asked me if they could put it in the microwave to reheat it and I said no

Eventually she brings my plate of food back and it still looks the same as one she brought before but I didn’t want to be difficult so I decided that I’m going to try this food And boy was I mistaken but I was right about thinking that this was the same food ,all they did was reheated it

I felt disrespected because I requested for my food to be remade as I am the customer who is paying for this food

I then have the worse most useless conversation I’ve ever had with the manager who informs me that the reason why I got ****py food was because of loadshedding and because they were very busy And I informed her that I understood that but when the loadshedding was finish I gave a request and she told me that they don’t remake food

But this gets interesting... I told her I hardly ate my food and left the food on the table and she still had the nerve to ask me if I want a doggy bag How disrespectful can you be

What made me even more upset that this manger didn’t come with solutions but with excuses She insulted me by making a stupid request as to take the **** food home

My mom end up paying for the food because she knew this lady is useless

I love wimpy And always have good experiences with them but this experience was disgusting

A restaurant where your manger is useless and insulting A restaurant that doesn’t know how to cope under pressure A restaurant that doesn’t care about the customer needs and that insults you as a customer A restaurant where your manager can’t come up with solutions where your customer has a problem with your product and service Shouldn’t be alive

And most disturbing news ever Was that the manger didn’t even apologize even though they were wrong .
