Wimpy, Alton , Richards Bay

We used to visit wimpy Alton in Richards bay almost every Saturday. Today, the 27th of November 2021. we order food at 09h40 and we asked them 10h40 what the story is with the food, then all the sudden the food was ready, as the cashier did not put the order trough on the PC. food was ice cold and the chips was all grumbled and it looked old. when we ask the waitress why it was cold, she did not answer and walked off with the cold food. as we could not wait anymore time wise, we went to the pay point to pay for the drinks only, just to see that the old chips that was already served got s****ped of the plate into the fresh chips that was busy frying, and then she putted it together with the fresh chips to be reserved again. this holds in a health risk as the chips was served already and then prep to be reserved to other customers. we did speak to the manager at the Engen 1 stop and the only answer we got is he will go and see what's going on. neither was there apologies for the bad service and the poor quality of food we received. we will not visit any wimpy restaurants anymore. as what we seen is holding in a health risk first of all to the customers and the worst possible service ever experienced and how the personal handled the situation was of the poorest quality of customer service management by far.
