I'm an employee of wimpy goldreef city theme park since from 2013 n working as a casual employee till now after being to be permanent after a 3 months probation n with all my dedication and commitment over the years I have nothing to show for it instead im being ****med by the owner all these years.. casuals payment is 1.5 percent out of all the sales for the month while working only on weekends , public holidays and school holidays, with no hope of being permanent someday. When greviences were given to the owner he told us no one can tell him how to run his shop and he also fabricated all the kind of deductions you can think of in order for him to take money from all of us whilst he still underpay us. Imagine permanent waiters got R2000 as a basic Salary and sacuals it's sometime R300 on commission since from then till now ..who dies that now in South Africa. The government states that a minimum wages for the imployees mast not be under R3500 but it never happened to us bcs he never comp**** n also with covid he kept all the Government fund / Tezz was supposed to have been given to employees for all the time we stayed at home n he never payed even a cent to employees . Lee Saunders the Owner of Wimpy Goldreef city theme park shop no 37 has is a bully. He takes an advantage of the poor and abuses them .. we tried getting help from different unions but never succeeded bcs after they sat down with him they never came back n of which bribery was done well ..

Now things are bad bcs he wanted me to fabricate false accusations on my fellow employees to say the have ****** form the shop bcs we have finally find a union that doesn't take bribes n he wants everyone out so he could not pay what the court n the union demands of him..the guys is a ****** n he abuses and Exploits black ppl he still leave in the apartheid earah n not willing to change .
