**Wimpy 14th Avenue District Shopping Centre – Terrible Service and Rude Staff**

I recently visited the Wimpy at 14th Avenue District Shopping Centre, and I was shocked by the terrible service I received. When I arrived, there were two groups ahead of me waiting to be seated: a family and a lady. We were third in line.

A staff member named Profess seated the first two groups and then started chatting with another lady while we continued to wait. Then, another family arrived, and Profess immediately went to assist them without acknowledging that we had been waiting. I politely pointed out that we had arrived before the other family, but to my surprise, she responded with a rude attitude, saying, “If you are standing there, we can’t see you.”

Her comment was insulting and dismissive, as we were standing exactly where customers are supposed to wait. Moving any closer would have blocked the entrance or exit. At that point, I realized that if this was the kind of service I could expect, it was best to leave.

I have visited this Wimpy location many times before and have never experienced such poor treatment. This encounter was incredibly disappointing, and I hope that management will address this issue with the seriousness it deserves.

Disappointing experience! Will not be returning until this is resolved.
