Wimpie - FNB ebucks @ Engen N3 villiers sucks

Dont even deserve a rating Whilst leaving our weekend stay this morning, not having breakfast because we thought well redeem our ebucks wimpie voucher at the villiers wimpie back to JHB. System is offline, both the supervisor or the manager (Maki) could not come up with a solution after we redeemed our vouchers online to assist us. Very bad attitude and not providing proper customer service at all. Had to wait for manager 15minutes.

I hate jumping through hoops to redeem or up your ebucks levels and then dont getthe benifits! Fnb! Wim**** Come on ! Youre just lost 6 FNB Wmpie and Engen clients! But dont care
