William delivered our food himself after Uber messed up

I ordered a meal at Wimpy Balfour Park through and UberEats and when our order arrived it was incorrect. The driver was long gone before we realised. Thinking that it was the restaurant's fault, I called them and spoke to William who was very apologetic. He explained that the mix up was on the driver's end but then he requested my address and delivered our correct order using his own car. I am beyond impressed 🙂
