Warm Juice in summer

Wimpy in Vincent really has bad customer service. after having to go look for a waiter to assist us we were served with warm juice with no ice blocks. we requested to see the manager and was told he is in the toilet for almost 20 mins. then when we asked again to see him they finally confirmed that they dont know where he is. when he finally got to our table he didnt apologized to us just offered us fresh juices which we declined and left wimpy to buy juice at pick n pay. never going back there again.
