Waited 20 minutes no help. She
I went to wimpy Green acres in Port Elizabeth yesterday and I feel that I'm not going back there again. We got there and the lady at wimpy Green acres food court took my husband and I to the table. We sat there for 15 to 20 minutes and no waiter came to assist us I got tired and my husband got up to call the manager whom never came. A staff member came to clean the table next to us and asked if someone was helping us, we said no, no one was with as yet and we rather going to leave without assistance. As we r leave we heard that staff member asking the others about us and the one lady responded that she forgot about us. How can you forget about customers?

29 Feb 2020, 22:27Thank you wimpy. NO I did not go for the free meal I just wanted to be helped. Anyway I want back to wimpy and I had this great experience with your waiter named Dinovan. He is an asset to wimpy. Three time I've been in a hurry and I just needed a cup of coffee and a sandwich, and really that guy, Dinovan was great, he assisted really quick and the next time again and then again. Dinovan ????????????????????????excellent!!!!
