Very unprofessional

Meat was just boiled and marinated, they did not include my salad, myou wife had to re-grill the stupid meat!!! Is this what I paid R300 for? Raw meat? Do they know the difference between well done, raw etc? How about we close the stupid store and open a club?!?!?
