Very Bad Service - Wimpy Wellington

On Sunday 08th March 2020, on our way travelling home from our holiday destination we decided to stop at Wimpy in Wellington for brunch. We were a party of 10 people, 8 adults and 2 children. When we arrived at the door we noticed that they were rather busy which I totally understand. But we stood at the counter waiting to be assisted for more than 10 minutes. We had waiters walking passed us. Waiters standing at the counter, probably ringing up orders and not one of them took the time to acknowlegde us and say that they will attend to us shortly. It takes literally 1 minute to look away from your PC and just say, "good morning, I will attend to you shortly" but none of thay happend. We were so irritated with the service that we left and rather went to Spur a few kilometers away where we were greated with warm smiles and friendly faces and excellent service. Honestly, I would not recommmend anyone to go to Wimpy in Wellington. I am not from the area and if that is the kind of welcome vistors get in the area, I'd rather stay away.
