Very bad service and reward programme

Wimpy is supposed to have this rewards programme, but IT DOES NOT WORK!! Now a couple of times (in Meyersdal) where I could not earn ANY rewards on purchases as their system could not print the receipt with a bar code that I can scan in the Wimpy app (very bizarre - really not sure why, but anyway). In addition, their credit card payment system does not work either frequently and you have to pay cash (which I don't always carry on me) - really not great service!! And nothing done to resolve this issue - just the customer's loss!!
