Very Bad service

Ayanda a manger from wimpy north beach was very rude and I have called for a manager and she did not come to my attention. She comes and lies and says that we as customers are wrong about what we were telling her .. Please can the head office deal with the manger as she is very rude . The bacon is sour and she refused to help us
