VERY BAD SERVICE!!!

The slowest service ever! Very bad and rude service from Adelaide. From the moment we walked into the restaurant, Adelaide asked us if were joining others. I didn't understand because I have never been asked if I was joining anyone before. I answered yes but went back and asked what she meant by that and corrected my answer. We waited for our food and eventually we got our food. Ever since we received our food, the waiter never checked our table. We waited for over 30 minutes after finishing our food for our table to be cleared and for our dessert order while she served tables nearby. I almost called another waiter when she came to us (we were already standing). We ordered ice creams without a menu and waited for ever. I don't think they were ever ordered from the kitchen. I ended up going to the till to cancel the dessert order and make a payment. I still waited for a while to make a payment as she was apparently looking for the manager to cancel our dessert order.
