very bad service

Tonight was the first time I've ever been at the Wimpy in Steve Biko road that I was truly disgusted and disappointed. Get to my seat and <br> Waitress gets my drink quickly. Quarter to 5 i asked her to give me 5more minutes to decide what I want to order. 15 minutes later she <br> Reappears from the kitchen. She stands talking with a gentlemen with another waitress a further 5minutes while I'm looking her straight<br> In the face. Eventually she comes over and takes my order. My friend came in as she was putting in the order, so i walked to her to give her<br> His drink order. Again the drink came quickly. Suddenly the food is by us and every staff member is missing. I took photos to proof that no<br> One was in the shop. For 20minutes no one came to assist us further. So when she finally appeared again, i asked for the bill. Not once did <br> She try and ask us if we needed anything. I walked up to the front desk to pay and the waitress came and stood there. That was so uncomfortable<br> Now i was already upset with the service, now this also. I didnt tip her. I asked for the manager that apparently left earlier already. Extremely disappointed after 3years of going there now
