Uphalled and Disgruntled Customer

My mum and I recently visited the Wimpy outlet in North Beach Durban.The service we received there was totally uphalling and disgusting.After my mum choosing her seating she was moved by the waitress. We were never even asked but rather told to move. My mum is 70 years old so is this how customers are treated? Secondly no waiters came to serve us and when I asked to speak to the manager a lady called Joyce came up and did absolutely nothing to resolve our complaint. The entire staff at Wimpy North Beach needs to go on a customer service course and needs to be replaced with more customer eccentric skills.
