Unsightly food delivered

Good day all,

Being a loyal Wimpy customer since varsity days, but clearly the food quality has gone down recently. While at work on Thursday 19 Sept, (I was working at Hatfield plaza that day at a pharmacy I wont mention here, but the wimpy staff there know the pharmacy). It was a really busy day so I just made a telephonic order to be delivered to me at work since it's just within the plaza. I paid on delivery, assuming the food would be the usual fresh and mouth-watering one, buy voila!...I was disappointed at the brown/yellow and dry lettuce in my food, I even took pictures so I could go there later and show them, but they were closed before I could get there after work. Even the sight of the food was unlike them and I doubt I will go there again. My name is Titi, and the lady that delivered the meal was friendly, but the food quality was a NO NO!
