Unnecessary Wait
I called Wimpy SAGE this morning at 10:30 and spoke to a lady named Maria. As soon as she picked up the phone she asked me to hold while she addressed somebody in the background. After which I placed my order and gave her my extension. I called back after an hour to inquire about the status of my order to which she realized she had taken down the last number of my extension incorrectly. The order was dispatched yet again and after another 20 minutes I still don't have my order. At 11h45 I called back a third time to cancel my order because I ordered breakfast and not lunch!!! Highly unacceptable service. I know now to go to the corner store next door if I'm in the mood for breakfast because clearly Wimpy cannot deliver within reasonable norms.
