Unhygienic and unappetizing food

On the Afternoon of Friday the 31st July, I decided to take my mother to lunch at Wimpy. When we sat at our table we found our table filthy and it took some time for our waiter to clean it. We then noticed most of the tables looked that way, once customers leave there's no hurry to get things clean. Then my order arrived, there's no care in how food is made: my baguette looked like a bad roll, the honey chicken mayo had honey running all over the plate, the mayo was nauseating and the chips were just thrown onto the plate. Disgusting...Wimpy Festival Mall you should be ashamed of yourself. The staff is bothered about cleanliness, about presenting good food and great customer service.. Everything looks run down..and this is okay to present to customers, I would imagine this is bad brand presentation Wimpy. It changes the perception I have about Wimpy certainly...
