Unhelpful Waitress

My husband and I are one of the biggest Wimpy Breakfast fans. I don't eat eggs at all and every Wimpy that I've been to for breakfast, has been willing to cater to my limitations just to ensure that I have a beautiful experience at the restaurant. So today, being my birthday, my husband I decide to stop at the Wimpy on the R21 for breakfast en route to our little getaway. When I get there, I order the Vuka Brekkie and kindly request for an exchange on the egg like I always do. The waitress at our service, Cindy, refused to even consider. She was not willing to negotiate or even take the request to her management. She told me that I must not tamper with the specials, I should look for something else. She even said the Wimpy "Head Office" has strict rules on the meals, like I have never had this request done before. I was truly disappointed by the unwillingness. I came close to leaving that Wimpy for another one, however, I needed to settle and continue working on my laptop. I am not willing to tip. I will just pay for the food I ate because there's no experience to tip.
